Welcome to Bodywork Professionals
At Bodywork Professionals, we practice massage and bodywork as both art and science and it is our mission to bring the best of Massage and Bodywork to you.
We see our role as a companion that supports the miracle of healing that only your body can do.
Our skilled therapists approach each session as an opportunity to support healing, improve function, and create space for restoration. We combine knowledge of anatomy and physiology with an intuitive, creative approach, delivering work that is both effective and personal.
Notes on using the scheduler:
1. Be sure to select the location first. We have three locations, Latham, Niskayuna and Saratoga Springs
2. After selection the appointment type, then therapist, click CONTINUE button. You may need to scroll down to find it.
3. We want to give you a range of booking options, but we understand so many choices can be confusing. If you are not sure session type to book consider:
Swedish Massage – Relaxing, rejuvenating, gentler style
Deep Tissue Bodywork – Soft tissue massage and bodywork focusing on muscle and connective tissue. While many still find this relaxing, your therapist may use focused, deeper work on certain areas that need attention.
Medical Massage – This tells your therapist you’d like the session to be focused around a single, or multiple or areas of concern. Your therapist may work on varied body parts, but the intention of the whole session is supporting the area of concern.
Thai Massage – Performed clothed on a large floor cushion using passive stretching and meridian compressions. This is both deeply relaxing and great for muscles and joint flexibility.
Member Services – Allows our golden path members to book their monthly massage.
3. Booking with a gift certificate? Somebody loves YOU! We still hold a card on file for online booking. Call 518-627-7243 if you have any problems.
Three locations – 7 days a week
Each of our locations has its own unique character. Our locations are clean, comfortable, and welcoming to all.
Same-day appointments are often available.

This is the place for you

To Robe or Not to Robe
First time clients often ask what to wear or not wear during a session. There are different requirements for modalities and I'll try to spell them out here. Structural Integration: This work is based on structure and function and the client will be asked to stand and move in what they will wear during the session. Female clients [...]
