Booking & Cancellation Policy:

We love having you as a client and want to ensure every visit is a great experience! Our policy is built on mutual respect for everyone’s time—yours, ours, and that of other clients waiting for an appointment.

All of our wonderful Massage Therapist work on an appointment basis. Most therapist are limited to treating 12 to 20 people a week. Each appointment really matters.

A 24-Hour Request

We kindly ask that you notify us at least 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows us to fill that appointment time.

Policy Details

Cancel/Reschedule (24+ hours in advance): No Fee!

Cancel/Reschedule Late (Less than 24 hours in advance): A $50 Fee will be applied.

Miss Your Appointment (No notice / “No-Show”): You will be charged the full price of the service.

Why the $50 Late Fee? This fee helps cover the time slot we reserved for you that we can no longer offer to another client. Bodywork Professionals pays the therapist and takes no profit.

In the event we do reschedule the apportionment time, we will Credit your account $50 for later use with us.

Important: Securing Your Appointment

To hold your appointment time, we securely keep a credit card on file. If a Late Cancellation or No-Show occurs, you authorize us to use this card to process the applicable fee as outlined above.

Life Happens: Exceptions & Emergencies

We understand that emergencies and true unexpected events can occur. While our policy must be consistent, we do offer discretionary waivers for sudden, serious, and verifiable emergencies (like severe illness or accidents). If you have an emergency, please call us immediately so we can discuss the situation.
