Important Notes

Card Held on File or ALL Appointments
We hold the card on file to reserve your appointment time. If you are using a gift certificate, you will still need to have an active card on file with us. Add the certificate number in the notes field. After your service, you can pay with a card on file or cash check or a different credit card or your gift certificate.

24 Hour Cancellation Policy

Cancel/Reschedule (24+ hours in advance): No Fee

Cancel/Reschedule Late (Less than 24 hours in advance): A $50 Fee will be applied.

Miss Your Appointment (No notice / “No-Show”): You will be charged the full price of the service.

Refunds for Cancelled Appointments Booked Online
Our Mindbody appointment scheduler will credit your account for use next time, but does not automatically refund your card. If you’ve cancelled and would like to be refunded, just call the office and we can process the refund immediately.

Tips for Finding Your Profile
If you’ve been to see us in the last two years, you’ll have an active account with us. If you can’t find your name, try your phone number.

Couples Massages

We are pleased to offer Couples Massages in the same room in our Saratoga location. Please note: These sessions MUST be pre-paid prior to booking. We accept VISA and Mastercard. It is recommended you phone our office to ensure the appointment is booked properly (in the same room).
