Introducing our newest community education series!
Exploring Infant and Baby Growth
Every Thursday in October from 12-1 pm at our Saratoga location.
This series is for babies ages 3 months to crawling and their parents/caregivers. Join us for one class or all 4. You will gain a deeper understanding of your baby’s growth and development along with recognizing cues from your baby. Learn games, bonding exercises and relaxation techniques. We will go over tools for supporting colic, gas/ discomfort and sensitivity concerns.
This class is a hands-on learning experience.
Our community education series are donation-based classes held at our Saratoga Springs location at 11 Spring Street. All proceeds go to WellSpring, a local Saratoga non-profit.
Call for more information and to reserve a spot for you and your baby.
