Happy 2019!!! I hope the new year is treating you well.

I can’t believe it is already here, I will be returning from maternity leave!!!! Micah is 3 months and is smiling and cooing away. He is holding up his head like a champ and I am pretty sure he’ll be moving and grooving soon.

My new hours will be:
Monday 10-2 in Saratoga
Thursday 3-7 in Saratoga
Friday 10-2 in Latham

I will have a partial schedule in January and in the beginning of February. My regular schedule will start on February 11th.

I am excited to come back and for all of the new opportunities this year is bringing including more creative workshops and teaching. We will be having a monthly Community Education Series at Bodywork Professionals with topics such as mindfulness, goal setting, health and well-being.

Looking forward to seeing you in the new year,
Becky

Welcome Micah and welcome back Becky!
