The food is really amazing here in San Francisco. I’ve found myself in several French cafes in town and they all serve mayonnaise with the potato chips and whoever invented the potato chip should have served it with mayonnaise. (note to reader, the potato chip was invented in Saratoga Springs)

I remember seeing a tv show where sugar was being stretched into candy. It had this gleaming, pealescent quality. Under it all, we are layers of pearlescent, glimmery, living cloth. It kind of looks like sugar candy. Pearl is the best color to describe it but it holds all the color of the rainbow.

If ever an interesting story could be told, it would be the story of our bodies.
