In June 2015, I successfully completed an extensive 1,020 hour massage program at the Center for Natural Wellness School of Massage Therapy in Albany, New York and I am licensed (#029461) by New York State. I have been on the massage teams for the Ironman in Lake Placid, NY & the Harlem Valley Rail Ride in Millerton, NY. I have practiced in a fitness center as well as an Ayurvedic spa working beside chiropractors and acupuncturists. I have had the pleasure of practicing massage for athletes, musicians, and people from all walks of life! I am certified in cupping and Kinesiology Taping. In line with my belief in the healing power of therapeutic touch, I believe in the healing power of plants and am a Certified Health Coach through the Institute for Integrative Nutrition plus in May 2020, I completed a 200 hour yoga teacher training at The Hot Yoga Spot in Albany NY. I am committed to living a healthy lifestyle and helping others to do so too!
