In June 2015, Kim successfully completed an extensive 1,020-hour massage program at the Center for Natural Wellness School of Massage Therapy in Albany, New York, and she is licensed (#029461) by New York State. She has been on the massage teams for the Ironman in Lake Placid, NY, and the Harlem Valley Rail Ride in Millerton, NY. She has practiced in a fitness center as well as an Ayurvedic spa, working beside chiropractors and acupuncturists. She has had the pleasure of practicing massage for athletes, musicians, and people from all walks of life.

She is certified in both cupping and Kinesiology Taping. In line with her belief in the healing power of therapeutic touch, she also believes in the healing power of plants and is a Certified Health Coach through the Institute for Integrative Nutrition. In May 2020, she completed a 200-hour yoga teacher training at The Hot Yoga Spot in Albany, NY, as well. She is committed to living a healthy lifestyle and helping others to do so too!
