Seth was naturally led to a career in Massage Therapy after studying Reiki and Sound Healing. By applying these methodologies, he saw how the body can relax and release stress in a natural way. Tension in the human body often occurs as the result of the body’s effort to defend itself from mental, emotional or physical stress.
Seth utilizes his knowledge of Anatomy and Myology (the study of the structure, arrangement, and action of muscles and joints) to detect the cause of a client’s pain. He then works to loosen the body’s muscles to ease discomfort. This result is achieved by using a combination of massage modalities, including Swedish Massage to foster relaxation, Trigger Point Therapy to release knots and adhesions, and Myofascial Release to work with the body’s connective tissue collectively resulting in flexibility, ease of movement and a reduced level of bodily stress. Every massage session is geared to each individual’s needs.
Seth’s primary intention is to create a safe space where people can relax and begin their healing process.
