Getting ready to Press

I’ll be hitting the letterpress soon to make the 2015 batch of gift certificates and Golden Tickets. We are offering a similar deal to last year, with a single hand made gift certificate for a 1 Hr. massage or bodywork session at $75, three hour sessions for $200 and the beloved Golden Ticket of ten massages for $638.

After 18 years in the business, I can assure you massage and bodywork are a great gift. I make these gift certificates by hand because I want your loved one to feel how much we care about what we do; and I love the reassuring feel of really nice paper.

2015 Swedish and Deep Tissue Massage Prices

In January 1st, there will be a modest increase in the cost of our Swedish and Deep tissue sessions. A 40 minute session will cost $55, Swedish and Deep Tissue change from $75/$80 to a simplified $85 for both styles. There has always bee some confusion there and we feel a single session cost is more logical. Our 90 minute will be $125. 2014 pricing is valid through December 31st. 2014

Awareness Through Movement® is an exploration of yourself, your movement and the restrictions you carry in your body. Guided verbally by Evan, you will investigate a series of functional movements and discover your potential for greater ease.  Through slow directed and aware movements you communicate to your nervous system where movement is easy and where (and why) it is not.  Your nervous system, as the incredibly intelligent unit that it is, is able to learn from these lessons and gains a greater movement repertoire to draw on in the variety of movement situations you find yourself in on a daily basis. Lost and Found
Occasionally we find something in one of our treatment rooms that doesn't belong to us. We often call the days' clients to return the object, but sometimes it stays lost.  We have compiled a photo list of everything we have and we'd LOVE for you to take it back.

Some of this stuff has been here for years. From here on, items left more than 30 days will be donated the The Unity House of Troy. The Unity House has been a pillar of the community for 40 years and it will be a good home for unclaimed items.
